New Delhi (Capital of India)। रविवार को बहुजन सशक्तिकरण संघ की वेबिनार सीरीज “बहुजन ब्रेन स्टोर्म” का आयोजन किया गया। इसमें बेरोजगारी की समस्या पर चर्चा की गई। सेमिनार की आयोजक डॉ. जयश्री ने कहा कि बेरोजगारी की समस्या से अर्थव्यवस्था पर बुरा असर पड़ रहा है। सुझाव दिया गया कि विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में रोजगार के कई अवसर हैं। खेल से भी रोजगार मिलता है। ट्रेनिंग लेकर रोजगार पा सकते हैं।

डॉ लक्ष्मण यादव लंबे समय से बेरोजगारी की समस्या पर काम कर रहे हैं और दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर के पद पर हैं। उन्होंने अपने निजी अनुभवों के द्वारा बेरोजगारी की समस्या को समझाया। आंकड़ों के आधार पर इस समस्या पर बात की। डॉक्टर चित्रसेन द्वारा वेबिनार में जुड़े हुए सभी लोगों को यह बताया गया कि किस प्रकार वे अपना विकास करके स्वरोजगार के अवसर तलाश सकते हैं। डॉक्टर बीपी अशोक द्वारा यह बताया गया कि विशिष्ट प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर अलग-अलग रोजगार में लोग जा सकते हैं।
