Deepa Manna from Bangalore wished everyone a Happy International Yoga Day 2024

New Delhi (India), June 20: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Deepa Manna from Bangalore wished everyone a Happy Yoga Day and said that everyone should practice yoga daily because practicing yoga keeps our body active and also relieves us from stress.

Deepa further told about yoga that  yoga is a holistic ritual , a mind body rejuvenation tool. It detoxifies your system through pranayama. A low impact exercise which offers internal  massage to the organs and helps expel toxins. It is thereupatic in intent.

Deepa further told that there are many types of yoga like, Vinyasa yoga, Iyengar, yoga, Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, Bikram yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Restorative yoga, Yin yoga.
