New Delhi, Capital of India. श्रीराम सेंटिनल फाउंडेशन ने देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों में गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान करने के एकमात्र उद्देश्य के साथ लॉर्ड कृष्णा फाउंडेशन के साथ समझौता किया है। श्रीराम सेंटिनल फाउंडेशन की भारत में 70 शाखाएं हैं, जिसमें लेडी श्रीराम कॉलेज दिल्ली, श्रीराम कॉलेज ऑफ आर्ट्स एं कॉमर्स भी शामिल हैं। अब यह भारत में सभी महत्वपूर्ण धर्म स्थलों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगा। अयोध्या, मथुरा वृंदावन, काशी और हरिद्वार को पहली प्राथमिकता।

श्रीराम सेंटिनल फाउंडेशन के अध्यक्ष डॉ. एके शर्मा और लॉर्ड कृष्णा फाउंडेशन के अध्यक्ष प्रोफेसर के.एस. राना कुलपति के मध्य नई दिल्ली में इस संबंध में आशय पत्र (LOI) हस्ताक्षरित हुआ है। हम यहां आशय पत्र को प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं।

“LETTER OF INTENT“

This Letter of Intent (LOI) is signed at New Delhi on this 20TH DAY OF MAY 2023 between SHRIRAM CENTENNIAL EDUCATION FOUNDATION, a public trust having is registered office at New Delhi (SRCEF) And Centennial Education private Limited (CEPL), an Indian Company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 and having its registered office at New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as (CEPL) represented by Mr.Ajay Kumar Sharma Authorized signatory of the foundation and the Company

AND

LORD KRISHNA FOUNDATION having its campuses in Agra and office in Jaipur (Hereinafter referred to as Society) headed by Dr K S Rana who are working in the field of education for long.

The Trust entity under the name of “SHRI RAM CENTENNIAL EDUCATION FOUNDATION” (SRCEF) has been founded by Sh AJAY KUMAR SHARMA primarily with the objective to establish, administer and manage the educational institutions for the benefit of the society at large and to further promote the education evels in the country. The SRCEF is aimed and determined towards the furtherance end effective execution of the Educational and Training programs to address the pecific knowledge and skill gap which arises with the change in time.

e SRCEF is in possession the ownership of the certain trademarks, brand names, ense, pedagogy and broadly covering its own format of entire know how covering entire gamut of resources which are considered effective for providing the cutting e offerings. SRCEF intends to utilize these resources and know-how towards the nerance of its objectives for the betterment and upliftment of the society through iding educational alternatives using its signature practices, education odology, delivery mechanism and certain other SOP’s developed and owned/ sed exclusively by SRCEF.
